About Chef Oliver Ridgeway
Executive Chef Oliver Ridgeway came to Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi in 2008 from The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel in New York, where he served as Executive Sous Chef under Chef James Sakatos. While in New York, Chef Ridgeway had the opportunity to cook at the renowned James Beard House where he featured the award-winning cuisine of The Carlyle Restaurant and collaborated with guest chefs from around the world.Chef Ridgeway brings his innovative technique to The Anasazi Restaurant, one of New Mexico's most highly acclaimed culinary destinations. His trademark style utilizes seasonal and fresh regional ingredients to enhance the rich flavors of indigenous products by subtly introducing modern American and Southwestern influences. Whether dining in the beautifully appointed Anasazi Restaurant, the cozy outdoor patio or at one of Chef Ridgeway's famous winemaker dinners, each meal is a memorable experience in the art of eating well.
