Inn of the Anasazi Adds Brand New Outdoor Dining Patio

May. 24, 2007

DALLAS - The world-class intimate retreat, Inn of the Anasazi, A Rosewood Hotel has been regarded as one of Santa Fe's top culinary destinations, featuring the gastronomic delights of the Inn's award-winning restaurant. The Inn is pleased to announce the addition of its brand new outdoor dining venue, The Patio. The street-side patio overlooks the historic Santa Fe Plaza and further enhances the enchantment of the legendary four-star, four-diamond Inn.

The Anasazi Restaurant's concept of offering a diverse menu of "small plates" encourages guests to sample and share an array of unique dishes - creating an informal and interactive, fun dining experience. International flavors are represented throughout the menu, ranging from Spanish influences in the Yellow Fin Tuna Ceviche, Oriental influences in the Indonesian Marinated Organic Chicken Skewers and Hawaiian inspiration in the Ahi Tuna, Tataki Style dish. The Lacquered Foie Gras and Barbeque Eel is a true marriage of flavors of "East meets West" cuisine.

"We are thrilled to open The Patio," said Marcie Lieberman, Managing Director of Inn of the Anasazi, A Rosewood Hotel. "The Inn has long been known for its outstanding Anasazi Restaurant, but with The Patio, we wanted to offer guests a different kind of dining experience. It will be a more relaxed setting while providing diners an exciting atmosphere."

The flavors on The Patio's menu are light and colorful, reflecting a blend of world cultures and flavors. The moderate price of the small plates ($4-$10) is destined to please the senses and excite the palate with its varying flavors and beautiful presentation. Signature dishes include Natural Duck and Pepper Tortilla Wrap, Sautéed Cevvena Venison Loin, Dungeness Crab "Tater Tots" and Grilled Alaskan Halibut Taco. The 12-table dining destination is sure to entice guests with its memorable charm and outstanding cuisine.
